Please note that custom engravings and final sale items are non-refundable to maintain the exclusivity of our handcrafted collections.

Return Process

  Securely place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all certificates are included.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of approval.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
